It's getting a lot more dangerous for me, now that I'm a higher level, a level 45 forgotten ranger almost killed me.(Insufficient supplies/armor.)

Just wait until you get the level 131 rangers in the same room as a 100+ mage. Then you can panic.

what combat level, dungeoneering level, and are you a member? I'll play with you but I only have level 19 dungeoneering and I'm down to floor like 8/9 so you'll have to start there. I'm level 88, 75 att, 71 str, 70 def, 75 magic

Bots are pretty predictable after all, and use the game code to make everything work properly. If something is just used to detect any client looking directly at that code then they can pretty much be certain it's a bot.

The codes will catch the bots, and then the players shame the bots. It's not the other way round. That said, reporting a Macro/Bot may actually become useful again.

reporting macros has always been useful, they code-check players who have been reported a lot. i miss the days when you could lure flax picking bots into the giant bats by constantly saying ... in cyan and walking backwards. those were the days, i used to get inventories full of flax that way.
