... staves have ALWAYS allowed infinite runes. And the magic requirements for said staves are basically nonexistant.

I meant staves that allow infinite runes of every element. In one staff.
Then again, that may only be the combat academy staff-thing...
Someone decided to rid his imphide robes and equipment onto me.

There are no staves that have all runes imbued, some mem staves have two runes imbued, though.
