To those wondering about alching in F2P: If you have a high amount of cash to start with, buy Adamant Platebodies. You can currently buy them for 9780 and they alch for 9984 (+204 profit). If you have a low amount of cash to start with, buy Mithril Daggers. You can currently buy them for 97 and they alch for 195 (+98 profit). EDIT: This doesn't include price of Nature Runes. No F2P items can actually profit.
