Yes it is, you need 40 attack on a strength pure for free worlds to wield a rune scimitar, and then all you train is strength. 60 on members for a Dragon Scimitar. I AM RIGHT AND YOU ARE WRONG.

I just figured a pure to be something with one skill...hence the 'pure' bit

Strength pures have 1 attack lol. In P2P they use Obsidian Mauls and in F2P they use Talisman Staves.
Besides, if you're a normal combat pure, you get 45 attack in F2P for that Dungeoneering sword thingy.
