I didn't. I cut out pieces from Kodens post and used a distortion tools Photoshop (I don't know the name of the tool 'cause I have a Swedish version of Photoshop). So the text was cut in 2 pieces and distorted in two directions.

I lol'ed at the top one, someone has a 1 color transparenting tool that didn't get the different shade of white around the block
