| Making a TF2 spray |

How? I've opened a pic in HL2 Deathmatch to turn it into a vtf, like the wiki said. But the pic didn't show up. It said something about placing the vtf in a folder in your TF2 folder, but what is it? I think I placed it in the right folder, but I'm not sure. How do I make a TF2 spray? |

place the .tga picture (convert it in photoshop or paint.net) on your c drive and click the picture and upload. |
