Preferably on Steam.

Also my computer is somewhat stuffty but can run TF2 and Oblivion and whatnot decently.

I'd get that but my parents are all "NO WE WON'T PUT OUR CREDIT CARD ON ANYTHING ANYMORE" for anything but Steam.
