What exactly do you mean? I'm sure there's a way to create vertices, but I can't remember the hotkey... You could select a preexisting vertex and press shift+d to duplicate it. |

ill try that.. thx edit: ok so tried that, only problem is i cant extrude it regionally or whatever |

Extrude vertices until you have what you want. Then crate a face between at most 4 vertices with F. |
