and as for mods, it fixes things and makes the game how it is supposed to be.
guards shouldnt follow you into oblivion to arrest you

But you do have to worry about a missing console disc.

With PC, you need not worry.
Plus you can mod the hell out of Oblivion on PC.

Does this mean Oblivion.esm is not a thing I need? :C

EDIT: It says nothing about disc 2 that my friend told me about... And everything seems to be working fine without oblivion.esm (didn't launch game yet lolwut)
