Seed is supposed to be a similar story to the original gundam series, while 00 is supposed to be a remake of Wing. I personally enjoyed 00's story, but both's artwork was awesome.

G Gundam is still my favorite series.
As for Dynasty wars, I played the demo for it in target and it seemed fun.
Never got around to buying it though.
