Brick pattern is unnecessary and not exactly what I would call modern/contemporary.  I spy some spam, and the flowers could use some work.  Furthermore, it would be in your best interest to make an interior as well as a consistent roof.  Landscaping would be nice, at least in that courtyard enclosed by the fence.  Also, I'm not too keen on those windows, maybe you can make them bigger?  Finally, you could use more furniture/divide the rooms better.

Overall, it gets a 4 or 5 out of 10.

Anyways, it looks decent, and you spent lots of time on it, but I think you need to experiment with wall designs or window designs, I personally look for creativity not quality, and I'm very sorry to say but this has neither.
I'm afraid it's a no from me, but you're almost there!
