ShadowsfeaR:
Ah I remeber this game quite well. DM's, TDM's, CTF, all a bloodbath. In fact, it was one of my first games I played on a console and my first FPS game. I had mine for the Sega Dreamcast. I still have my sega and Q3A!

I'm not much of a quake fan.  Imo, it's just way too fast to be fun.  and people are way too good at it.

It's GPL'd by id I think.

Source release

--- Quote ---On August 19, 2005, id Software released the complete source code for Quake III Arena under the GNU General Public License,[12] as they have for most of their prior engines. As before, the engine, but not the content such as textures and models, were released, so that anyone who wishes to build the game from source will still need an original copy of the game to play it as intended.

A project called OpenArena creates open content and bundles it with the engine as a standalone Quake 3 release. Open Arena uses the ioquake3 engine,[13] which is focused on bug fixes, sound and graphical improvements.[14]

My dreamcast:

My dreamcast is in by bros room because I don't want it in mine, I hardly ever play it.
I actually have the kiosk you generaly see in a game store for the dreamcast. My dad had worked for Sega for a little while when I was young, and he got a kiosk with TV and Dreamcast in it and gave it to meh
