And the fact that it's basically GTA IV multiplayer with some stuff missions, except pay to play and even more laggy.

The only thing it holds over it is the amazing customization.

I didn't find the customization very good; the menus are poorly laid out. Forza Motorsport 3 has a much better layout in car paint customization, and it's a console game.
