Oh, I was thinking since I got myself a 400 mW that can go over 400 miles, that you look over twords the east, and I point it, and you tell me if you see it, than you put mirror, and point it at a plane, that way they can't trace me down :D

Yeah but the batteries are dead and I don't feel like finding the proper batteries for it, since the charger is just a circuitry where batteries continue the circuit to light up a small light.
