Holy loving stuff, Valve just announced a new (free) game coming out monday! It looks great, it's a top down co-op shooter (4 players) based upon the Unreal mod of the same name.

It's by valve and free, that's just awesome. Also, it's basically open source. The code will be released alongside it.

The only negative is my computer probably won't run it. It looks like it's pretty graphically demanding D:
