Why people like/hate ur server

If you have a server, there has got to be a reason people like it, or hate it.
i think people like my server because it is a variety server, or taht it is on almost everyday. Or maybe because I give SA to first three people who come. Some people dont like my server, mostly because I banned them for breaking rules. (dont swear, simple, right? well, those idiots dont think so.)
