How do you set relays on players?

The relays were not set on the player. I'm not sure if relays were used at all.
This is by making a variable loop on the brick, and having the player spawn the projectile.

HELP ME?! You never wanted to help me because I was too much of an idiot to learn VCE Client and you also thought I was going to go "pew pew" in servers doing crap with it.
