Jak 2's ending had me confuzzled.....
One of the Heavy Rain DLC taxidermist's endings was so epic, it can't be explained.

I liked the ending of halo 3, mw2 (kind of - ghost should of survived >:( )
Also, Borderlands, fable 2, and an old game tony hawk underground 2.
I would have to say my favourite is Borderlands =D
