if you're implying the middle finger appearance it would mean his right hand is his left and his left is his right or his thumbs are on the wrong side of his hand, he is giving the thumbs up, the extra part that appears to be his finger is his shoulder he has a shirt with no sleeves.

Mass Effect 2 is up there at number one for me.
Number two goes to Mass Effect 1
Number three is Modern Warfare 2
Number four goes to Halo 1
Number five is Halo 3
The ending to Army of Two (first one) was kind of a let down. Don't know the ending to The Fourtieth Day because I hvent beaten it yet, but I think I'm almost done. :D
