What if my ID was over 17k?

They have no idea what they are doing, its not Racism. I wait till they "Mature" to host a server. not a person that says "Hurr ima host a srvr cuz i wnna play family rp"
And they haven't even taken the tutorial.

Someone doesn't have to play the game for a long time to not be handicapped.
I've seen 17k+ host wonderful servers. I see 1k- still hosting handicapped servers.

It's weird, when I first joined, my first build was an airport, and somehow it actually wasn't spam and I managed to learn my first events from someone else (I learned how to make a switch that turns on and off the lights on my first day :D).
