It's fine for grid by grid systems, but the majority of the public finds complicated and more realistic roads to look better. I'll give you credit for it being so essential.

ugly, the huge yellow lines in the middle make it look terrible, and them being the same size as the pedestrian crossing makes it look worse, we have smaller bricks for a reason.
