How do YOU build cannons in Blockland?

I'm having a hard time doing this, since you can't turn around the rounds, you know what I mean.
(thinking about spaceship cannons, sci-fi stuff you know)

First of all, your going to need a lot of invisible bricks.
Second, probably look on the internet for a picture of a cannon and yeah.
