Why do people say CityRP sucks?

No you are an idiot. Since when do you do that in CityRPs all the ones I play lots cost so much money and it takes even more money to be able to sell stuff...

Alright, just stop flaming for no good reason. CityRP is a CRAP-ON. It doesnt work anymore, and most of the people who used to host it arent smart enough to make it work again. And those who are are very small in number, and they either haven't released it, or have been banned for doing so. So what if every now and then there's a CityRP server up? Just don't go to it. It's not like EVERY SINGLE loving SERVER is hosting a CityRP so there really shouldn't be anything to fight about here, should there?
As for the REAL topic of this thread, it was failed because it was completely dominating the server list at one point. Nearly EVERY server was a CityRP, and thats when Badspot cut the power. People don't like CityRP because its not exactly what you'd call exciting. In order to mimick the kind of life in an actual city, you wouldnt have guns/murder etc. And when you take that away from the game and all you do is build, it gets extremely boring after a while; people start getting antsy, and then they start to do crap like kill people and do stupid stuff and so many other indescribable nooby things, which causes all the people around them to start killing and do stupid stuff and many other indescribable nooby things. And then it all just loving explodes into chaos. Not to mention the fact that a CityRP is just so hard to keep going without anyone killing someone else, or raping them with a hammer, etc. Like Deathwish said earlier, it just turns into this huge glorified deathmatch and no one has any real fun.
CityRP was a good idea, its just impossible with such an immature group of people; adults would MAYBE be able to hold a CityRP for an hour if they all REALLY wanted to. But not much longer than that. Every time I go to a CityRP someone starts spawning weapons and killing people. EVERY TIME. Sometimes it's others, and sometimes I do it myself. CityRP is just too restricted. Nuff said.

The RP's I go to have cops. In one of them I AM a cop. The way I noticed is that people go on rampages, I jail them, they quit because of the jail. Diggy's is really fun. That doesn't happen often in Diggys, I'm starting to rethink my job as a cop. The only thing I find flawed is demerits are too easy to pay off. Once in a while rich people act snobby and kill anyone that does something they don't approve, kills, then pay demerits. Other then that I think its fun.
