What he's saying is that the in the IRC chat it shows him saying "Stop granting me all this money" yet on the actual server he has ZERO DOLLARS.

OP you clearly stated that you had nothing set for your admin passwords.

You are a loving handicap. Obviously people exploited this by getting admin since you had literally blank set as the admin passwords.
