Medieval DS game needed

I have $60 to spend, and I've got everything I want for PC, so I was wondering if anyone knew any DS games which fit the following specs:
- Less than $60
- Medieval Adventure Genre
- Customisable characters (eg. pickup items/gain stats)
Basically, is there any DS game that is slightly similar to RuneScape or WoW?

I'd suggest anno it's a good game and i own it for pc it's cool and it's all about strategy wich your good at!

He wants a generic medieval mmo without the online, not a strategy game. He wants to be able to click trees and get wood.
