Apparently it does, my guess is that the game was too demanding of the xbox and it broke. I know it has to be the game though since this is happening on the Xbox 360 as well as the Play Station 3

Funny, you tell me to "learn to read" in the link I posted other people who have played Final Fantasy 13 are also freezing and getting the 3 red ring afterwards just as I did.
