Wand Bug

This is not a bug. Like who would want to be sent high with a wand randomly by a noob?
General Nick:
The wand has been moved to a new Trust Level developed a few updates ago, Trust Level 3.
This level is beyond Full trust and cannot be requested. Level 3 is only yourself, which means now the wand only works for your own bricks. No one elses.
