Where is blue hell in GSF NYC?

The only ocean is in the SE corner.

Why is it I see ocean all around the map? Honestly, I don't wanna go back in water after the face in the waters of SA blue hell.

See the part where WTC is? There's a park north of that area. There should be a big lake in the middle of it. Fly into the lake with a plane, and go down.
