TF2 Crashes

(I posted this on Steam, but it didn't go through because my account is still pending)
Ok, I try to play Soldier, but as soon as I shoot a rocket, my game crashes. I have everything on low, use -dxlevel 81 and my computer meets the requirements.
My statsDirectX version = DirectX 9.0c
Memory = 2038MB RAM
Processor = Intel Celeron CPU 2.66 GHz
OS = Windows XPRequirements (copypasted)
1.7 GHz Processor, 512MB RAM, DirectX® 8.1 level Graphics Card (Requires support for SSE), Windows® Vista/XP/2000
