Couldn't you more or less work around this by getting a dedicated physical server and running a copy of the game on it with a spectator bot hosting the server? |

Press the button and you go to the fastest dedicated server and find a lobby that isn't full. Merge nearly empty lobbies with almost full lobbies, etc. |
