By the sound of his post, nobody really liked her boyfriend, so she chose him over many members of her family :\
Maybe she liked the boyfriend. Maybe she saw something in him no one else did. Of course, it's no reason to send away her son, but she is entitled to her happiness, too.
Maybe she made a mistake. Everyone does, even parents. That doesn't make her a bad person. That doesn't mean you shouldn't give them a second chance. Most parents do so much for their children that their children will never even know. That includes giving chances. And in just mostly everyone's life, one must learn to return the favor.
