Add-On Review: Super-Laser-Cannon by Badspot The Super-Laser-Cannon is this week's RTB top pick, and has an RTB rating of 5 stars, so I'm going to try it out and see why it's so popular. The first thing I notice is the red error message in the chat, announcing that the Add-On is missing it's CI. I don't know how Badspot could have missed that. The model is one of the best I've seen in Blockland, it is simple and blocko, but still has some nice detail. After firing a few shots at a test bot, I notice how the weapon is hardly fair. It kills players in one shot, has a large blast radius and a short cooldown. I loaded Beta City to see what it does to bricks. After the game froze for a good second or two, most of the city was blown away. I'm sure this thing could cause a server to crash if you had enough people using it. PROS: Nice model It's fun to blow things up with. CONS: Error Message Unbalanced Causes a ton of lag FINAL VERDICT: While it may be fun to blow up beta city with this thing, I wouldn't dare to use it in a multiplayer server. It is too unbalanced, and causes a lot of lag. The model is nice, but that doesn't cover up the weapon's major flaws. I wouldn't bother downloading this add-on, and I have a feeling it may be Fail-Binned soon. |

From now on when you review servers, you should just do an admin rating, not the admin abuse rating that people might not understand. The admin rating can be based on if the admins are helpful, if they abuse, etc. |
