I need help with saving add-ons

I don't know why, but I have Blockland in Program Files, with Add-ons in a subfolder, and I can't save any add-ons.  I save it to the add-ons folder.  I have Vista, if that matters.

Move the Blockland Folder from C:/Program Files to C:/.

For some reason it says I don't have permission to save to C:\
I'm the only User on the computer...
