by that i mean onactivate>client><color:ffff00> hello. and it will come out white or <color:ffffff> will come out yellow can i please have a list of all the different colors it would help everyone eventing get better

Why do you need a mod you tell you hex codes?

The scale comes from lowest to biggest:
0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 A B C D E F
F is Brightest, 0 Lowest.
You need to put 2 of those for the R section, G section and B section.
FF = 255
FF0000 = R = Red
00FF00 = G = Green
0000FF = B = Blue
FF00FF = R+B = Purple Pink
660066 = R+B = Purple
And so on... Have fun creating your own colors without a internet program.
