I'm planning to get GTA IV, but it doesn't appear when I attempt to search it on Steam. Only Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City pops up.'
I tried it through google and it said that "This is not available at your region"

Try searching "Grand Theft Auto IV" instead of GTAIV.
Also, what country do you live in?

I searched that.
I live in Hong Kong
Edit: I searched again and GTAIV episodes from liberty city popped up
