Bungie made a deal with Activision to make there games better in some way I beleive. I remember the deal involving Nintendo Wii and Ps3, but I doubt it will be released for any of those consoles.

Bungie makes good games. Microsoft will get other companies to make games in the Halo universe, with no guarantee they'll be good.

Microsoft owns the rights to the Halo franchise. They say what the game developers are allowed to do; releasing their flagship game on the competitor's console isn't going to happen.
