Export triangle strips to fix the shadow. As for the shading, you probably have a UVtexture assigned to it.

Send me the model I can fix it up in blender

Looks better, but seriously VELVET RED? use a color called...
BROWN

Other than that 1 thing nice, might download.

This is better than my first model.

A submachinegun used in WW2 by the American army sarges.-snip-

You have no knoledge of WWII do you...?
Quite a few different ranks would use them, not just "sarges"
Lower ranks tended to use more rifles, such as an M1 garand.

The weapon is good, but the grip looks a bit messed up...
Sorry, no DL...
Also, is it just me or is the wood a burgundy color?

THIS LOOKS LIKE CAMEL ****. DO IT JUSTICE. AND IT WAS NOT USED BY JUST AMERICA OR JUST BY THEIR SARGES. THAT IS A MISCONCEPTION. CANADA USED IT, TOO. LOOK IT UP, IDIOT.

CAPS LOCK MAKES YOU SEEM INTELLIGENT!!!

you should make the gun butt fit below the shoulder or right on it not above or through it.  But other than that its amazing.

It's beautiforgeted up.

Colors are wrong and boring

Model is clearly not flatshaded.

Same bad model + hands ≠ Good.

Very good for your first model! I suggest to practice more or to let others help with the model abit.
