Look around in the butlers room with the gameboy camera thing. There is a mouse hole if you hit a on it it will do something similar to the dog house where it puts in in a different room. That is where the boo you were missing probably is.

I've gotton all gems, secrets and large pearls. The elements were pretty neat.
