To make an add on you need a daddy addon and a mommy addon. Then wait 9 months and viola!

Goto C: Windows, and remove as many things there
Those are files that hide the Universal Game Addon Maker Button, remove most files that you can if not all of them

After you remove the addons, there will be an "Make Addon" button in blockland main menu, click on it and you will have selection of what you want to make , choose and it will be created.
