How to put A photo/animation next to your name

According to JBidta, putting an animation next to your name is an illegal glitch, which can cause you to be banned for 7 years.

An avatar. See at the top where it says profile? Click that, then to the left, there should be some edit buttons, like "Edit profile information".
It's in one of them.

Freeze:
1. Click Profile
2. Click Forum Profile Information on the left of your screen
3. Tick I will upload my own picture
4. Click Choose file and then choose the picture
5. Click Change profile at the bottom of the screen
6. ???
7. Profit
