Blockland Master Server page blocked? (Solved. Page moved.)

There used to be a webpage that would view the Master Server for Blockland, and it was nice for figuring out if it was down, but I can't access the page anymore because of a 403 Forbidden error. Was the page blocked for some reason or was it moved?
