TF2 crafting servers..?

Settings don't change by themselves, and it's not all the time it's very random when it happens, also after this happens, I get all my weapons as a "has found _____" event when I die after, it just says it, it doesn't actually give them though. I have also seen this happen to other people.

o.0, then how do I connect to the server in the first place and still have the weapons..?
