I met a ton of them who were really cool people, we talked a lot and the only way you could tell they were Furry was by looking at their avatars. They didn't meow/bark/hiss in their chat, they didn't try to forget each other, they didn't flaunt their art, lifestyle or anything out of the ordinary. They were just like anybody else you would meet. I admit, there were a few of them who had some nasty stuff going on in their heads, but they were a minority and I was capable of ignoring them.
