How is Oblivion NOT an open world sandbox game? You can forget around and completely ignore the... well... anything... You can go ALMOST anywhere (With the exception of DLC or storyline/quest-specific areas that you can't access otherwise) and get your armor and equipment at your choice, you just have to level. |
