Maybe Unreal Flash? The description kind of reminded me of it, minus the grenade part. |

It was the game that was kinda hard where a lot of times you would spawn and the guys would headshot you instantly, at the start you walk and there is a guy down a drop by a blue thing you can throw a grenade at and it explodes, then there is another guy on a platform to the right of you. You are like a swat guy and you can buy new weapons as you move on. |
