Should I buy Saints Row 2, Limbo, or GTA: San Andreas?

Just because I've heard SR2 is a lot like San Andreas but San Andreas is more fun with mods.

No I mean what's keeping you from getting it for PC? You said before you can't, so I'm just curious.

My PC is suffering from problems currently and I don't know how to fix it. I'm gonna have my dad look at it later, he has a job/hobbie of fixing computers.
Plus, this might sound pathetic, but I doubt my PC could run it. It's a Dell PC. :(
