I role-play in this game occasionally, I usually do that quest in seyda neen with the dead tax collecter and role-play that sergius offers me to move into foryn gilnith's shack after I kill him. Then live in that area for some time.

Too bad the combat sucks and there's even less voice actors than Oblivion.

Combat isn't too great in Morrowind. That's why I RP there. Plus, the environment is perfect for it. c:
And also, here's a quick bit of trivia: Morrowind and Oblivion had the same amount of voice actors: 14. Morrowind, I feel, is the better one in most cases. You can see what your saying, what are your options, and still who is around you all in the same screen. And it's modification-friendlier than Oblivion. :D
