TF2 Keeps losing connection to server when my connection is fine

And yes, this is my third game that's messed up.

It's been happening a lot of times recently, and reconnecting to the server doesn't do stuff. The only way to regain my items is to restart steam. I have to do this 1 time every ~3 matches, and it's getting really annoying. Does anyone have any ideas why?

Does it happen as such;

You are just playing and you die, when you re-spawn you find out that your primary weapon has switched to the default instead of that fancy unlockable you have.
You frantically scroll through your items only to find that they're all the defaults, you then look around you and see that people are holding invisible weapons.
Then you open the backpack screen and are met with a pop-up box saying "The server you are connected to has lost connection to the Steam Cloud servers."

Then you raeg because you had a good score for once.

If so then this happens to me too, but curiously only on Tf2 and I want to know if there's a way to fix it as well
