How to get a guild 2 renaisance trainer to work with steam

How do i get a guild 2 renaisance trainer to work with steam ive been trying every trainer there is i came across one that said steam may have modified files which makes the trainer not work is there one that will work with steam or is there a way i can get it to work?

Then you won't be able to get a trainer to work unless you do some serious searching/editing.
