I doubt they'd leave the USA. I'd like them to make entire states like SA though

If they set it in the Rocky mountains or something that'd be cool.
Set in the Southern states, since I think most of the GTAs are in the Northern states right?

There all in made up states, Liberty City, San Andreas, Vice City and I think thats it.
